1. The Complete Brick n Build
Our flagship and most popular package allows us to create a hands-off guided approach through the entire construction process from start to finish. Once you have the land, our team will help you through the design process to know what is suitable , obtaining building permit , technical drawings, determining cost quantities and the construction of the building in a staged process.
2. Amend an Existing Morecribs & Mustard Indigo Design
We know designing is not for everyone, so we have created some design options to guide your thoughts and aspirations including floor plans and layouts for your dream home. As with our Brick n Build package we will explore options for your piece of land to technical drawings, obtaining building permit, determine cost quantities and the construction of the building.
3. Already have a Design?
This will still be checked and validated by our team of architects and then, we will progress to obtaining a building permit, determining cost quantities and building construction.
