The cost of the building permit form is hundred Ghanaian Cedis, thus GHC 100.00. It can be obtained from the local government authority. We relieve our clients of the paperwork stress of obtaining building permit 

Once you confirm us as your building Contractors; We book you in with our in-house Chartered Architect who will bring your  Design aspirations to fruition in a detailed 3D plan. The drawing is then quantified by our in-house Chartered Quantity Surveyor to determine the actual cost of the building project.

The first important thing to consider is funding  because without it there’s no building project. Then appoint a reputable construction company who can deliver  the project and advise where necessary.

Yes but we consider our building contracts on a case by case basis.

No, we only deal with legal land owners who have already secured their land  but we work with reputable partners who can provide Land sourcing service.

Yes, our building process is very flexible and gives clients the opportunity to regroup financially and tackle the project through our flagship Brick ‘n’ Build initiative.
