Our construction process follows several steps to progress our projects to the completion stage. Once we have completed our assessment and agreed on design specifications, the application is progressed by obtaining a building permit and seeking assurances from authorities prior to commencing construction.

Our easy 6 step phase
Phase 1 - Securing building site
The public and our worker’s safety is very paramount to us so our first step in every building project is to secure the site with fences to protect the general public.
Phase 2 - Land And Foundation.
We prepare the land by clearing all debris to level it up, ready for the solid foundation depending on the type of building.
Phase 3 - The Structure Of The Construction
All building constructions are held together by a skeleton frame thus a concrete or steel frame. We determine the suitable structure depending on the type of building.
Phase 4 - Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing (MEP)
We have experienced engineers who deliver all MEP systems for the structure to a very high standard. This includes everything from the roof, drains, ventilation, lighting, water and pipes, gas line, and internet cables. These are also tested at this stage.
Phase 5 - Insulation And Waterproofing
We do this to protect the building and everything inside from external elements such as rain, storm heavy winds, and flooding.
Phase 6 - Finishes And Closures
This is the final touches to the building like glassware, carpentry, painting, tiling, door fixing. Once everything is complete, the final snagging inspection is completed followed by a walk-through with the building owner to make sure everything is ready for occupancy.
