MoreCribs, is a Ghanaian-owned company with extensions in the UK, USA, and Canada. MoreCribs emerged from humble beginnings as part of the inaugural cohort of the University of Salford Launch Incubator Manchester. Through subsequent participation in the NatWest Business Accelerator, MoreCribs received invaluable training and support, positioning us to better serve our clients.
Our journey commenced when our Founder, identified the promising prospect of accommodating international students while studying at Salford University. Today, MoreCribs has evolved into a robust partnership, with Mr Frank Klingbeil and Mr Teddy Buabeng Ndzibah each fulfilling vital roles in our operations. We now focus exclusively on the Ghanaian market, specializing in the construction of properties for individuals and stakeholders aiming to invest in Ghanaian real estate. With a combined 30 years of expertise in Ghana’s construction sector, we’re able to introduce residential structures that feature contemporary, intelligent architectural designs tailored to our client’s specifications by working with seasoned in-house professionals.
MoreCribs is playing a huge role in addressing Ghana’s housing deficit by introducing innovative, intelligent methods for Ghanaians to realise their dream homes, coupled with flexible payment plans.

Mark is a proud graduate of Tarkoradi Technical University with a qualification in Building Technology/Construction.
Projects managed include the 12 Storey Multi-faceted Building for Nurses and Midwives Council at Okponglo, Food and Drugs Board, maternity block at Okomfo Anokye hospital, Elubo government hospital, and currently working on Reconstruction of the Ghana old parliament house which got burnt

Gerald is a registered architect of the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA),
Gerald believes architecture involves bringing together many ingredients to design and construct spaces but there should be a biase towards the art or aesthetics.
Gerald has some very big projects under his belt including Office and Lecture block for College of Art and Built Environment (CABE) KNUST, Kumasi; National Cleft Center (Kumasi), Imperial Assurance Head Office, Accra; Eye Center, Cape Coast and KATH Maternity and Children’s Block, Kumasi and Morecribs Dwellings

Monalisa (Dezeray) Sibanda
Architectural Design Specialist
Monalisa has a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Leicester School of Architecture.
Monalisa has a passion in Art which allows her to create freely while combining the same skill sets to produce physical and practical environments for people to live in.
Projects include: Interior & Exterior building designs for Residential/Commercial spaces producing highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.

Irene Sai
Legal and Marketing Laison
Irene is a Corporate legal executive with invaluable experience in the areas of business, commercial law including commercial property and Litigation. She had her BSc Business Administration/marketing qualifications from the University of Ghana and the Arctic University of Norway and later her Legal Professional Course as a Solicitor from BPP Law School, Manchester.
Project/Experience:
Digital/Media Planner (Jnr.) – Dentsu Aegis Network where she handled and executed all approved media plans for brands such as Diageo (Malta, Baileys, Orijin), Cadbury, Promasidor (Yumvita, Miksi)

Frank Klingbeil​
Managing Parter ( Operations & Projects Director )
As the Managing Partner at MoreCribs, Frank Klingbeil brings a wealth of expertise in engineering and construction, supported by his qualifications. Holding a Master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s in Petroleum & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Salford, Frank is well-equipped to lead in the industry. His proficiency in project management is evident through his PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, a renowned qualification in the field. With extensive experience within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) framework, coupled with his project management skills, Frank effectively oversees projects. From analyzing structural frameworks and coordinating architectural modeling to managing material and requisitioning, Frank ensures projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
